The Arapahoe Community College Foundation is a charitable, non-profit corporation dedicated
to raising friends and funds for Arapahoe Community College. The
Foundation partners with donors to support and strengthen the College’s
role in serving the educational needs of the community.
Objectives
Effectively advocate
for and promote the College to various external constituencies
to:
Increase the College’s
visibility.
Enhance public
understanding of the College’s mission.
Develop ongoing
relationships for the College that
result in increased private support.
Serve as the 501(c)(3)
nonprofit organization that receives, manages, administers, and
disburses private funds to the College.
Assist in the solicitation
and stewardship of private funds, including outright and deferred
gifts, for College initiatives that cannot be funded by public
money.
Identify, cultivate,
solicit and steward private funds for College initiatives, including
outright and deferred gifts.
Provide a means of
perpetual trusteeship of funds donated by individuals or organizations
for programs or activities benefiting the College.
