How do I apply to Arapahoe Community College?

  • Select Apply for Admission
  • Follow the screen prompts to complete the online application. Be sure you read the directions carefully and enter all required information. Incomplete applications may cause delays in processing.
  • Apply for College Opportunity Fund (COF) stipend (if Colorado resident). Learn more about the COF stipend here.
  • Apply for Financial Aid (federal/state/institutional grants, scholarships, work study and loans) by completing a FAFSA application at www.fafsa.gov. The Arapahoe Community College School Code is 001346.
  • View the registration checklist.

I cannot log into logo of myACC.

  • Your User Name number is your Student ID Number. You must use a capital S when you login.
  • If you are a brand new student to the Colorado Community College System, your password is your six-digit birth date in this format MMDDYY. For example, if you're birthday was July 4, 1976, then you would enter 070476.
  • If you previously attended or applied to a Colorado Community College, your PASSWORD remained the same.
  • If you forgot your User Name or Password, select "Lost Username" or "Forget Password". Follow the instructions to access your User Name (Student ID Number) or Password.
  • If you need technical support, please call the 24/7 toll-free technical support hotline at 1-888-800-9198.

How do I get a Student ID number (S#)?

  • If you are a new student, you received your Student ID Number in your ACC acceptance email or letter.
  • If you do not know your Student ID Number, select "Lost Username" on the logo of myACC login page.

How do I register for classes?

  • Log into logo of myACC .
  • On the Student tab, find Registration Tools box.
  • Select Add or Drop Classes link you may need to select a term).
  • Enter the Course Registration Number (CRN) or click on Class Search. You may enter several CRNs at once.
  • Hit Submit Changes.

How do I view/print a schedule?

  • Log into logo of myACC .
  • On the Student tab, find Registration Tools box.
  • Select Detailed Student Schedule link (you may need to select a term).
  • Hit Print.

How do I view my tuition bill?

  • Log into logo of myACC .
  • On the Student Finance tab, find My Account box.
  • If you wish to pay online (with a credit card), select the credit card icon next to the tuition amount.
  • If you wish to set up a My Payment Plan (formerly FACTS), select that option in Payment Options.

I cannot register due to holds. How do I view my holds?

  • Log into logo of myACC .
  • On the Student tab, find Academic Profile box.
  • Select Holds link.
  • If the hold is not from ACC, you will need to contact that school to remove the hold.

How do I drop or withdraw from a class?

  • Log into logo of myACC.
  • On the Student tab, find Registration Tools box.
  • Select Add or Drop Classes link (you may need to select a term).
  • Find the course you wish to drop or withdraw. Select the drop down box.
  • Hit Submit Changes.

How do I activate or check my student email?

  • Log into logo of myACC.
  • On top right hand corner, click on the Student Email icon (white envelope).
  • A new window will pop up as Microsoft Outlook Web App.
  • If you are a brand new student to the Colorado Community College System, your password is your birth date in this format MonthDDYear. For example, if you're birthday was July 4, 1976, then you would enter July041976.
    • Then in the two boxes below that, create a new password and retype a new password in the second box.
    • Then hit "Okay" and follow the prompts (select your language, time zone-"Mountain Time" is the 10th down from the very top, etc.) to complete your e-mail set-up.
  • If you previously attended or applied to a Colorado Community College, your PASSWORD remained the same and your inbox should automatically connect.
  • If you need technical support, please call the 24/7 toll-free technical support hotline at 1-888-800-9198.
