High School Student Enrollment Options
If you’re trying to get a jump-start on college courses or find a way to enhance your high school or personal education endeavors, ACC gives high school students a variety of options.
- Post-Secondary Enrollment Options Act (PSEO)
High school students who successfully pass ACC courses can use the ACC coursework for both high school and college credit. The student may also be eligible for tuition reimbursement or pre-paid tuition options.
- Under 17? You could still attend ACC!
ACC policy is that students must be at least 17 years of age to attend. However, we recognize that there are younger students who perform well above average in high school. Therefore, we have a program whereby students under 17 may be accepted for underage admissions. These students need to be prepared to work in a college classroom environment and meet college-level expectations without additional considerations for age differences and/or maturity levels.
For more information see these documents: Underage Instruction Letter, Underage Check List, and Underage Parent Consent

Home schooled students age 17 or older have an excellent opportunity to earn credit toward a college degree while their completing secondary studies.
