Welcome to High School Relations and Recruitment
Our department is dedicated to assisting high school students transition from high school to college. We offer a number of services to high school students, their families, and high school counselors. These services include, but are not limited to, tours, recruiting events and informational presentations.
We also assist students who are interested in taking college level coursework while still attending high school. We are happy to work with students who are participating in the Post Secondary Enrollment Options (P.S.E.O.) Act, which allows high school students to take college courses and receive both high school and college credit.

Recruiting
One of our principal responsibilities here in High School Relations is being visible to students. Our Recruitment Specialists spend hours out on the road visiting high schools, giving presentations, and attending college fairs in locations around the state. The fall is one of the busiest times of year for our office because we are making sure to visit the 40 plus high schools in our service area and making sure that ACC is represented at as many college fairs as we can attend. During our visit to your high school, many times we are located in the counseling or post grad office, but we can also be seen set up in high school cafeterias or commons areas during free periods giving students ample opportunities to meet with us and gather materials and information about ACC.
If you’re a high school student and you see that we are going to be visiting, take some time out of your day to meet with us and discover all the great things about ACC.
