Apply and Register in 4 Easy Steps!
  1. Getting started

  2. Take the ACCUPLACER Test.

  3. ACCUPLACER Is a computerized placement test required of all students who intend to complete a degree-seeking program at ACC.
    • It is a no-fail, un-timed test
    • The test assesses your assess your skills in reading, English and math
    • It helps us recommend courses to ensure your success. You may be exempt from the ACCUPLACER if you have ACT, SAT, college-level classes, a bachelor’s degree or completed remedial course(s).
      Some programs do not accept ACCUPLACER exemptions; please contact Testing Center 303.797.5993 for more information.

    There is a $10 charge to take test. You may re-test anytime after 24 hours. Re-test fee is $10.00 per section. You may test again every 30 days after your first re-test. Phone: 303.797.5659 or visit the Testing Center for testing hours. More about the ACCUPLACER

  4. Meet with an Advisor
    • advising required if seeking degree or certificate
    • group advising sessions provide opportunity to meet with advisor for class selection, campus resources, and take campus tour
    • review your ACCUPLACER scores and any previous college transcripts and find out which programs and courses transfer to four-year schools
