PHOTOGRAPHY IN THE HUDSON GARDENS
Enjoy the beauty of the season strolling through the beautiful
gardens of The Hudson Gardens & Event Center. These classes are taught

Bits & Bytes of Color – The Theory and Practice
of Color Management

Learn about light and color temperature, how color vision works,
how men and women’s vision differs and secrets of your own
vision. Introduction to the basic theory of color management and
color spaces (sRGB, Adobe RGB, Lab and CIE XYZ); digital camera quirks;
white balance; understanding bits, bytes, and pixels; ppi and dpi;
profiling your monitor; and much more. The practical side of color
management is demonstrated using Photoshop CS3/CS4 for color set
up, soft proofing, inkjet printer set up and workflow. Bonus section
