Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art and a form of moving
meditation, discipline, defense and exercise and is practiced by
millions in China and throughout the world. Daily Tai Chi practice
relieves stress and tension, increases energy and tranquility,
regulates the body’s internal systems, and improves balance,
flexibility, strength, and physical-mental harmony and well being.
Learn the Tai Chi stances, movements and forms in sequence with
clear, step-by-step instruction. Basic meditation and Qi Gong exercise

for all skill and experience levels. The class combines mental,
philosophical, self-motivational, and aerobic training of unarmed

skilled application of bare hand and kicking techniques as well
as blocks and dodges for the rapid destruction of a moving opponent
