Carmella C. Condino, AAS, CDF is the Administrative Assistant and first point-of-contact for the Nursing program, since January 2004.  For thirteen years, she was a trainer in Career Development and Job Search, specializing in career decision making, resume writing and interviewing skills.  She has been an adjunct instructor in the community college system, teaching in the Department of Business Technology, and managed two commercially competitive Outplacement Centers for eleven years.  Carmella serves as a member of ACC’s Academic Standards Committee, and Professional Development Steering Committee.  (She was the Classified Assembly President and Vice President, and “Classified of the Year” in 2005.  She also spent ten years on the Community College of Denver Business Technology Advisory Board.)  Carmella holds an AAS in Secretarial Science and former Certification as a Global Career Development Facilitator.   Following her “first” career in Employment and Training, she is excited to be in her “second,” serving nursing students – a job she held and loved as a work study when she sought her degree.
