General Submission Guidelines

• Contest open to all Colorado residents
• Fiction and Creative Non-Fiction--original, unpublished manuscripts should not exceed 20 pages typed, double-spaced.
  
• Poetry: submit up to three original, unpublished poems per one entry fee.
  
• A $10 entry fee is required. $7 for registered ACC students. Please make checks payable to Arapahoe Community College.
  
• If you submit in more than one genre, please include additional entry fees for each submission..

Submission Information

• Submission will only be accepted until February 2, 2009.
  
• All submissions must be postmarked no later than February 2, 2009.
  
• Submissions must be typed,original, and unpublished (Fiction and Creative Non-fiction-- double-spaced, Poetry-- single-spaced) with pages numbered.
  
• Submissions must include a cover sheet with name, address, telephone number, email address, title(s)of entry and statement that you are a Colorado resident.
  
• Your name must not appear on any page of your submission.
  
• Email submissions are not accepted.
• include email address for notification of results
  
• Manuscripts cannot be returned.
