(October 6, 2010 - Littleton, Colorado) - Learn more about green companies in Colorado and find out just what’s happening in the green jobs economy at the Second Annual Colorado Green Career Resource Fair being held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 23 at Arapahoe Community College (ACC).
Sponsored by ACC, South Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce, Colorado Renewable Energy Society and Blue Sky Colorado, the event will host more than 20 green companies and provide attendees the opportunity to learn about the green careers, meet the leading companies in the new green economy and hear from industry experts.
This free event is open to the public and will feature companies like ReDirect Guide, EcoProjex, Sol Source, Standard Renewable Energy, Integral Energy Systems and Sustainable Solutions, Inc. and many more.

According to the American Solar Energy Society Green Collar Jobs report, as many as 37 million jobs are expected to be generated by renewable energy and energy efficient industries in the United States by 2030.
Don’t forget to bring your resume! A Green Career Resource Center will be available with career counselors on hand to review and provide information on green jobs across the state and free resources on green businesses.
The Colorado Green Career Resource Fair will be held in Room M1900 of Arapahoe Community College’s Main Campus. ACC’s Main Campus is located at 5900 S. Santa Fe Drive, just south of historic downtown Littleton.
