After ACC’s Corporate Learning Division Workshop

Arapahoe Community College’s Corporate Learning Division will offer a workshop on Aug. 26 and three other dates throughout the fall that will teach professionals a system of getting organized with many career and life enhancing benefits. Known as the “GO System,” the method enables busy people to accomplish more, with less stress and in less time. ACC employees will receive a big discount.

At the seminar you will receive:

• The GO SYSTEM implementation kit, including the book Getting Organized
• A workbook full of powerful learning tools to aid in productivity and organization
• A CD with implementation resources including forms, labels and reminders
• A complete set of file folder labels for immediate system implementation and
• An initial supply of forms and other organizational hand-outs.

Productivity expert Jan Keller will teach the workshop. Keller has more than 20 years of corporate and entrepreneurial business experience and is a certified GO System trainer. She is also a member of the Network for Productivity Excellence and the National Association of Professional Organizers.

Participants will learn proven methods for handling the mass of incoming items professionals receive via telephone, e-mail and visitors. They will also learn: the “rational use” of time; how to decrease productivity-killing stress and anxiety; how to improve their ability to quickly recover from unexpected interruptions; how to deal with personality issues; and, how to improve their ability to follow up and follow through on assignments.
