Most campus buildings and facilities are accessible during normal business hours:

Main Campus 5900 S. Santa Fe Drive

Art and Design Center: 2400 W. Alamo Avenue

University Center at Chaparral: 15653 Brookstone Drive

*Note: On College observed holidays, all buildings are closed.

During school breaks or periods of inactivity the number of exterior doors unlocked will be based upon school activity, some of the buildings may even be locked. Please check with Campus Police if you have questions.

When the college is officially closed, the buildings will be locked. No access will be granted without prior approval.

Campus Police Officers will not unlock office doors or sensitive areas to anyone other than the individual assigned to that office or area without prior written approval. Authorization forms will be sent out through e-mail in August for the fall semester, January for the spring semester and April for the summer semester. Additional forms are available at the Campus Police Office (M2600).

"Smart classrooms" are equipped with combination door locks. Instructors and Staff may get an ID from Campus Police which will work for access to rooms with slide card locks.
