Year to Career programs can be completed in under a year and real-world experiences are embedded in the coursework. This hands-on experience is a crucial part of your journey, providing insights and confidence as you prepare to enter the workforce.
Year to Career offers every student customized support and career coaching, providing support where you need it, from enrollment into the program through your first days at your new job and everything in between.

Over the next 5 years, Colorado will receive $826 million from federal funds to make broadband accessible across the state, making this a rapidly growing field! Year to Career cohorts in Broadband Technology are slated to begin in Spring 2025.

You receive personalized, one-on-one support as you need it, from starting your application form through landing your first job in broadband or behavioral health! You’ll be connected to resources to make your academic journey a success, and ensure that you’re ready to stand out and excel during the job search (including resume assistant, interview preparation, and effective networking).
Information for Employers
Year to Career welcomes local, regional, and nationwide employers to connect with us! Our goal is that students graduate job-ready, with the skills, competencies, and confidence to excel in their work from day one. Our employer partners can access a well-prepared talent pipeline by engaging with our program. Some examples include participating in speaker panels, sponsoring job shadows and onsite visits, providing internships, participating in speaker panels, and having direct job placements for our graduates.
