Peace is a seasoned expert at increasing the utilization of data and information for continuous learning and improvement by incorporating data efficiencies, replicability and practical innovation for a range of data user and organizational learning needs. She brings extensive evaluation and program improvement research experience in a variety of settings and sectors to her role as Director of Institutional Research and Decision Support. Peace strives to authentically, creatively and flexibly assist and support students and users of information. Peace’s passion for empowering others arises from her experience achieving first-generation college graduate status and years as an adult education instructor and as a researcher of skills training programs for nontraditional students.
