ACC has created this unique project to show how art can help with mental health.  Art is an outlet that gives us the ability to clear our heads, it allows us to ground ourselves and express our feelings in a personal way.  We created this figure of a mind.  The figure represents you.  Using the figure as a template draw, collage or paint on it in a way that expresses your feelings.  Show us how you are, your struggles, your achievements, what makes you happy or what you wish to change in life.  Take this project and mike it your own!

We hope this will show you how peaceful art can be, how you can show who you are in non-traditional forms.  Use this as a moment in life to focus on yourself and make something that not only brings you joy but also gives you a moment to breathe, to release your thoughts and focus on nothing but the present.
