Biography
Dr. Eugene Matthews comes to us from Park University, MO, where he taught Criminal Justice courses and developed the Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) Drone Applications Certificate program. His other teaching experiences include Lincoln University, an HBCU, Jefferson City, MO, and the US Army Military Police School, Fort Leonard Wood, MO.
