Biography
Jeff Miguel is a saxophonist and woodwind player who founded and leads the jazz octet "The Sax Syndicate". He performs and records regularly and can be heard on over 100 records. Miguel has a master's degree in jazz studies from the University of Iowa and won the 2016 Best Blues/Pop/Rock Soloist in the graduate category for Downbeat's student music awards. He plays all of the saxophones, flute, clarinet, bass clarinet, alto flute, piccolo and EWI.
