Jun Yao "Melody" Marlier, graduated from Greenville College with BS in Contemporary Christian Music emphasis on Piano Performance and Recording Production and graduated from University of Denver with MM in Jazz/Commercial Music emphasis on Piano Performance. Melody plays with the band, "Ty Morris & H.O.W.”, that offers a diverse style fusing urban, hip-hop, R&B, gospel, retro-funk, jazz, and nuances of neo-soul into an electrifying performance. They have toured nationally and internationally at many major music festivals and shared the stage with various industry stand-out artists. She currently teaches Music Theory I, Ear Training and Sight Singing Lab I, and Music Appreciation at ACC.
