Professional background: I started my HR career with Frontier Airlines where I supported the Denver employees with their personnel documentation, payroll processing and vacation requests. I stayed with Frontier for close to 7 years and hopped on an airplane every chance I had to explore a new city! I left Frontier dabbled in Human Services with Arapahoe County Government and decided that it was not for me. I ventured back to Human Resources and began my time in Higher Education with the University of Colorado Denver. From there a great opportunity called and I took a HR Compliance position with Chipotle Mexican Grill at their headquarters in downtown Denver. After some time with Chipotle I decided I wanted to get back into Higher Education and the opportunity with ACC came along. I started as the HR Assistant and had the opportunity to learn a bit about each HR role and I have now settled into the role of Data Specialist which I began in July of 2014. I love my job and love working at ACC.
