Art & Design Workshops: Metal Casting for Jewelry

Date/Time
04/05/2025 — 10:00am ~ 12:00pm

Learn how to cast metal with cuttlebone. Cuttlebone has a unique texture that can enhance the work. Join us on April 5 form 10am - 12pm at ACC's Art & Design Center. Create a jewelry pendant, keychain, or small sculptural object. In this process, you will create a two-part mold with the cuttlebone. Then you will use a torch to melt and pour the metal directly in the cuttlebone. This is an incredibly quick way to design and complete a cast piece. Participants will be able to cast more than once depending on the design. No experience is needed.
