Mental Health: Breaking Down Stigmas and Building Resilience

Date/Time
03/10/2025 — 12:00pm ~ 1:30pm
Location

Join us for a panel on Mental Health: Breaking Down Stigmas and Building Resilience on Monday, March 10 from 12:00 - 1:30pm in the Library (Littleton Campus).

Mental health impacts us all, yet stigma often prevents meaningful conversations and access to support. This panel discussion brings together experts from our ACC community and beyond to address mental health stigma, share resilience-building strategies, and connect attendees with valuable resources.

Hear from five ACC employees and three local mental health professionals as they offer diverse perspectives and practical insights. The session will include:

  • 35 minutes of insights from ACC faculty and staff.

  • 35 minutes of perspectives from community mental health experts.

  • 20 minutes of audience Q&A.

Light refreshments will be provided, and attendees will have the opportunity to explore a resource table featuring information about on- and off-campus mental health services.

Whether you're a student, faculty, staff, or community member, this event offers a safe and supportive space to learn, connect, and take actionable steps toward mental well-being.

All are welcome. Let’s break down stigma and build resilience together.
