Countdown to Spring 2025
Hello ACC Students –
Countdown to the start of ACC’s Spring 2025 semester is underway! Many Spring courses will start the week of January 21, 2025 and from now until then, I will be sending you information I hope will help you have a successful semester at ACC. You are getting this email because you are enrolled in at least one ACC Spring 2025 course.
Students who are concurrently enrolled in high school and ACC, please note these items apply to you if you are taking any courses that are in person at ACC and may not apply to courses at your specific high school.
Please continue to monitor the ACC Webpage and your student email for the latest information. I am including some important updates in this email – please do not hesitate to reach out with questions!
TOMORROW, Tuesday, January 14, ACC will have limited services 8:00am - 10:00am due to an All-College Meeting for all ACC employees. Thank you for your understanding as we prepare for Spring 2025.
ACTION ITEM FOR Today, Monday, January 13: Log in to your myACC portal, accessed from the ACC website and check your emails.
Student Services office hours for January 13 - 24 are:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 7:30am – 6:00pm
Tuesday, 7:30am – 7:00pm
Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Some important services to check out:
- The Library/Learning Commons is located on the second floor of the Littleton Main Campus. You can find information on tutoring on their webpage or on the Tutoring Webpage.
- The Child Development Center is just across from the Littleton Campus Main Building and may be accepting children for day care. Check out their webpage for the latest information.
- The Cashier’s Office is available to assist you through email or by phone at cashier [dot] acc [at] arapahoe [dot] edu (cashier[dot]acc[at]arapahoe[dot]edu) or 303.797.5638. You can pay online through myACC on the Student Finance page.
- The Testing Center has set up scheduling a placement test appointment online. Or you can visit them in person on the second floor of Littleton Main Campus.
- Need an accommodation for classes? Reach out to our Disability Access Services department. To schedule an appointment stop by Disability Access Services located in Room M2710 (the Main Building on the Littleton Campus), call 303.797.5860, or request an appointment online.
- The Office of Financial Aid is a great resource for learning about your options for paying your tuition. Check myACC under the Financial Aid tab – most questions about your account can be answered there. Still have a question? They are located on the second floor of the Littleton Main Campus, or you can reach them by phone at 303.797.5789 or by email at financialaid [at] arapahoe [dot] edu (financialaid[at]arapahoe[dot]edu).
- Advising is ready to help you with any academic planning and you can Schedule an appointment here!
- Want to get involved in the ACC community? Check out the Student Life webpage for all the ways you can join our community!
- Parking Passes can be purchased through your MyACC account. If you pay through your myACC account then you can pick up your parking pass from the Campus Police Department on the Littleton Main Campus, or from the front desk at Sturm (be sure to bring your receipt). OR Pay online through Cashnet (this will not post to your student account) to have your parking pass mailed to you. Parking pass enforcement will be limited through August 31. Please remember to park in ACC lots (parking and building maps can be found here). Street parking at Littleton Main Campus is not controlled by ACC and may result in City of Littleton tickets if you do not follow the signage on the streets.
