Call for entries for "Less is More" - A Lens-less Photography Exhibition. Submit your work by February 2, 2025, for free. The exhibition will run March 3-29, 2025, at Jantzen Gallery, with a public reception on March 6 from 6-8pm.
Exhibition Description
A photograph is an image made from light; there no lens (nor camera for that matter) required to make a photographic image. This lens-less and alternative photographic capture exhibition highlights images made from light itself. Entries may include any image made either without a lens or traditional camera as the means of image creation. Think photograms, scanograms, chemigrams, radiograms, pinhole, refractographs, camera obscura, Solography, or any image made without using a lens.
The exhibition will be held in ACC’s Art & Design Center Jantzen Gallery, a teaching-centered gallery located 1 block from the heart of vibrant Downtown Littleton. The Art & Design Center boasts 14,000 sf of studio spaces serving fine and commercial arts students working in a wide range of visual media. The Jantzen gallery hosts rotating exhibitions of engaging professional and student artwork.
