Beggs Accepted into The Colorado Talent Academy

Arapahoe Community College (ACC) Vice President for Economic Mobility & Workforce Innovation Julie Beggs has been accepted into Cohort I of The Colorado Talent Academy.

The Academy, an initiative of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, is a training program that seeks to enhance partnerships between employers and their talent supply chain partners. It is supported by a customized curriculum that serves as an employer handbook giving participants the knowledge, skills, and abilities to implement talent supply chain solutions on behalf of their employer collaborative members.

The Academy trains business, workforce, economic development, and education leaders on the Talent Pipeline Management (TPM) framework, a demand-driven strategy to create career pathways for students and workers with talent pipelines aligned to dynamic business needs.
