Associate of Arts (AA)
This degree is for students looking for a major in liberal arts and who plan to continue to get a bachelor’s degree at a 4-year college or university. Classes are guaranteed to transfer to any 4-year college in Colorado. With an AA degree, you’ll complete 60 credit hours of basic classes at ACC (English, math, science, etc.) and then enter as a junior to complete your bachelors degree at a Colorado 4-year school.
Studies may include coursework in anthropology, art history, business, communications, criminal justice, education, economics, English, geography, history, music, philosophy, political science, psychology, sociology, studio art, and world languages.
