This procedure incorporates the requirements established in BP 3-20 Due Process for faculty, SP 3-20a Peer Review Process, SP 3-20b Program Areas and Service Credit and SP 3-20c Issuance and Termination of Faculty Contracts. If there are any discrepancies, the board policies and system procedures prevail.
